✨ Cheer Besties Returns Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Cheer Besties goodies! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

 

🛍️ Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns on most full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, as long as:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition

  • You can provide proof of purchase

Please note: Return postage is at the buyer’s expense, and we do not refund original shipping costs.

 

⚠️ Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Hair accessories (e.g. bows, bands, scrunchies)

  • Glitter pots or cosmetics

  • Any opened or used product

  • Sale items or discounted bundles

🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Visit our Contact Us page and send us a message with your order details

  2. We'll reply with the return address and further instructions

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you about your refund status

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

 

⏳ Refund Processing Time

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. If it hasn’t arrived after that time, please reach out and we’ll be happy to follow up.
