Shipping policy

We will post within 3 days of receiving your order according to your chosen shipping method (express or regular post).

Please Note: We will post with tracking, however we do not require a signature on delivery. If you do not wish to give Authority to Leave, you must let us know when you place your order. We are not responsible for packages that go missing after they have been delivered (for example, Australia Post tracking confirms delivery). In the case of a missing parcel, we will investigate with Australia Post upon your request, however if they confirm they delivered correctly to the address given in the order, then we will not be held responsible for the missing items.
